Shades mark — pick the chevron cut

Direction is locked: chevron mustache with boxy angular lenses, straight edges and mitered corners throughout. Ember Red is locked as the accent. The soft variants are retired; below are the candidate cuts of the locked direction — three lens shapes, four chevron mustaches, every combination. Wayfarer silhouette with every corner cut flat. Boxy but not a plain rectangle.

Pure rectangle, four right angles. The most literal box read.

Current default. Two mitered ribbon wings meeting at center — a double-chevron.

Solid

One-piece inverted-V slab, like a rank chevron. The boldest single shape.

Squared

Chevron angle with square-cut tips — the chevron/box blend in one shape.

Steeper wings tapering to sharp points that droop past the mouth corners.
